Seeking a highly skilled Digital Campaign Specialist to lead and optimize paid advertising efforts.

\Paid Advertising Management\
  • \
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.\
  • Manage ad budgets, track KPIs, and ensure campaigns deliver maximum ROI.\
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and bid strategy optimization.\
  • Develop retargeting, remarketing, and lead nurturing campaigns.\
  • Stay updated with platform changes, new ad formats, and algorithm updates.\\

\Key Responsibilities:\Marketing Automation & CRM\

  • \
  • Handle marketing automation platforms for lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing.\
  • Integrate CRM workflows with ad campaigns to ensure smooth lead flow, tracking, and attribution.\
  • Build email drip campaigns, lead nurturing funnels, and remarketing workflows.\
  • Ensure seamless CRM reporting and campaign data synchronization.\\

\Requirements:\

  • \
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.\
  • 3–6 years of experience in digital campaign management with hands-on execution of Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.\
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other paid ad platforms.\
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools & CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, Meritto, Salesforce, etc.).\
  • Expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Tag Manager, and Data Studio (Looker Studio).\\
