Project Management Office Lead

We are seeking an experienced project management office lead to oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of mortgage projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project management methodologies, best practices, and standards for mortgage portfolio to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Oversee Planning Execution Monitoring Closure
  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of mortgage projects, meeting business goals, timelines, and resources.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership Product Managers Cross Functional Teams
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, product managers, and cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Manage Project Portfolio Prioritize Projects Based on Business Impact Resources Strategic Objectives
  • Manage project portfolio, prioritizing projects based on business impact, resources, and strategic objectives.
  • Provide Leadership Guidance Mentorship to Project Managers PMO Team Members
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project managers and other PMO team members, ensuring high performance and successful project outcomes.
  • Monitor Report on Project Performance Track Progress Address Issues Promptly
  • Monitor and report on project performance, tracking progress and addressing issues promptly. Ensure all mortgage-related projects adhere to regulatory compliance, legal requirements, and industry standards.
  • Develop Manage Project Budgets Timelines Resource Allocation
  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for efficient and effective project execution. Conduct regular risk assessments and mitigation planning to address potential project challenges and issues.
