About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for originating new clients and understanding their debt requirements, promoting the bank's products and capabilities through various marketing channels, and developing processes for acquiring new clients.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Originate new clients and gain an understanding of their debt requirements
  • Promote the bank's products and capabilities through various marketing channels
  • Develop processes for acquiring new clients, including creating marketing and sales standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Initiate and oversee client engagement by cultivating relationships with promoter and CXO level executives
  • Devise and execute strategies to increase the client base in specific geographic regions
  • Foster and sustain connections with private equity funds, arrangers, and technology platforms to locate potential opportunities

The ideal candidate will have an MBA in Finance or CA certification, 2-6 years of experience in debt markets/fund raising in banks/NBFC/Intermediaries/Family Office, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong professional network across corporates and NBFCs in the region, and a strong understanding of banking products and finance/credit/ratings.

About the Salary

The estimated salary for this position is ₹30-₹50 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
