Technical Excellence Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled technical excellence lead to join our team. As a key member of the Assist 365 program, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and integrating scalable distributed big data systems, microservices, and AI pipelines.

The ideal candidate will have excellent coding skills in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also essential.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience OR equivalent experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience.
  • Strong data structure and algorithm skills.
  • Experience developing scalable and performant cloud services.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of complex technical projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product delivery.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in emerging technologies.
