Virtual Account Manager

We are seeking a proactive Virtual Account Manager to drive the sales of consumables within the Life Science sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong customer relations and managing an assigned customer base.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks
  • Promote our organization's products and services to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities aligned with our market strategy.
  • Manage and document leads, opportunities, and all customer interactions in a CRM system.
  • Analyze CRM data to identify trends, generate customer insights, and track sales performance.
  • Drive newly launched products into the marketplace and follow up on sales activities.
  • Assess and analyze customer needs, generate leads, and suggest appropriate products and services.
  • Develop account plans and coordinate resources to align with strategic goals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to create successful strategies.
  • Manage and build strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in life sciences or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant field sales experience, preferably in laboratory or process-based backgrounds.
  • Strong experience in selling proteomics and cell biology consumables is an advantage.
Skills
  • Hands-on knowledge of CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented.
  • Good teamwork skills and proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
