At MO Designs Pvt. Ltd., we are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to manage all aspects of human resources for our growing team of 300 employees.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be adept at handling multiple tasks concurrently, have a thorough understanding of HR practices, and ensure the smooth functioning of the company's HR operations across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end recruitment processes, handle hiring for positions ranging from entry-level to senior-level roles, and partner with senior leadership to anticipate and fulfill manpower requirements.
  • Employee Onboarding & Induction: Design and implement a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, conduct induction sessions, and facilitate the transition of new employees into the company culture.
  • Performance Management & Employee Development: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems, identify training needs, and organize professional development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure compliance with ESI, PF, and labour laws, regularly update and implement company policies, and ensure they align with business goals.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll processing, employee incentives, and advance applications, manage the reconciliation of expense vouchers, and verify compliance with company policies.
  • Workplace Management & Employee Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement activities, supervise horticulture, security, and other office amenities, and ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Surveillance & Monitoring: Ensure smooth operations through regular monitoring of employee productivity, oversee camera surveillance for all stores, and maintain accurate records of employee performance.
  • Conflict Resolution: Handle grievances and mediate workplace disputes to maintain harmony, provide guidance on disciplinary matters, and ensure a fair and equitable treatment of employees.
  • Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals, drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements

We seek a highly skilled and experienced HR professional with:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour laws, HR compliance, and payroll systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a large, diverse workforce across multiple locations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
