Senior Performance Marketing Expert

The Role:
As a key member of our performance marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and executing multi-channel strategies that align with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop campaigns across paid search, social media, display, affiliate, and programmatic platforms to meet business goals.
- Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of campaigns to enhance effectiveness and ROI.
- Data Analysis: Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve campaign outcomes.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior marketers, manage external agencies, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and tracking efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial role.
- Proven experience designing and scaling high-impact paid campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in tools like Google Analytics and BI reporting platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
