Job Summary:

This exciting opportunity is for a seasoned Indirect Tax professional to join our dynamic team as an Indirect Tax Analyst. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the company's compliance with tax regulations and laws.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of VAT/GST declarations and EC transactions list
  • Perform data analysis of AR/AP and GL extracts
  • Conduct control checks based on Indirect Tax Controls framework
  • Prepare and review Intrastat declarations within due dates
  • Reconcile VAT Balance Sheet Accounts as per Eaton Financial Policies
  • Guarantee audit trails and full support for internal and external audits
  • Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and publish Management Information System (MIS) reports
  • Deliver training programs on Indirect Tax processes and procedures to the business community

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with over 2-3 years of relevant experience in tax accounting and infrastructure
  • Knowledge of multiple ERP systems, particularly Oracle, MFGPRO, and SAP
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to operate independently under limited supervision
  • Collaborative working style
