Deputy Manager
Description:We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our business tax team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality tax compliance and advisory services to clients.
In this role, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team of tax professionals to develop effective tax strategies that combine technical expertise, practical knowledge, and commercial acumen.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparation and review of Individual and Corporate Tax Returns, as well as revenue audits and litigation.
You will also be involved in tax health checks, withholding tax compliance, and certification services.
Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless interactions and efficient processes.
Vital Skills and Qualifications:- A Chartered Accountant with 4-5 years of post-qualification experience in Direct Tax
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in basic IT applications such as MS Office, Tally, and Winman
- Ability to interpret various tax treaties
- Experience in handling complex litigation matters
- Leadership skills to manage a team size of 3-4 members
- Experience in international tax advisory matters including POEM and PE risk exposure
