Job Title: Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the delivery of complex, large-scale digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional project management skills and technical acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with technical stakeholders to ensure that solutions align with business requirements.
  2. Participate in technical discussions and communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  3. Develop and implement project plans, KRAs, and processes.
  4. Maintain open communication across the project team and departments.
  5. Ensure timely completion of projects and identify potential problems.
  6. Conduct regular project reviews and provide guidance on workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in managing full project management life cycle for implementing highly complex, large-scale, strategic IT and business initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of functional scope, design, and technology to deliver the right solution.
  • Ability to engage with highly technical stakeholders and explain complex topics.
  • Familiarity with executing projects in multiple areas, such as Supply Chain, eCommerce, IoT/Embedded, Digital Twins, Cloud Infrastructure, Industrial Operations Management.
  • Understanding of DevOps, Test Strategies, Test Automation, Security standards, and allied areas.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, team player with results orientation.
  • Ability to work under tight project deadlines.
