We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our technology transformation initiatives.

Job Description:

As a Senior Manager Technology Transformation, you will champion the vision and strategy for transformative initiatives that deliver impactful outcomes and elevate the employee experience. You will develop and implement robust measurement frameworks to assess and drive progress on complex projects, leveraging customer insights and feedback to continuously refine strategies.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration to proactively address challenges on multifaceted initiatives, ensuring seamless stakeholder alignment. Your strong business and technology acumen will enable you to cultivate and maintain strategic relationships to identify opportunities for innovation and deliver superior products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of technology project management or delivery management experience, including 4+ years of direct people management experience leading high-performing teams
  • 1+ years of transformation experience in people, process, or technology transformation
  • Experience with change management, business analysis, or process analysis
  • Proven expertise in spearheading people-centric or transformational initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
