About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Global Business Services (GBS) into a new era of digital transformation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of a comprehensive GBS strategy & roadmap, leading and implementing strategic initiatives that drive digital transformation across GBS. This entails creating a vision for the future of GBS, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiencies, improve service delivery, and create innovative digital solutions that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive digitalization strategy for GBS, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Leading projects that leverage emerging technology to streamline processes, improve data analytics, and drive automation initiatives.
  • Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital solutions and oversee the deployment of these technologies.
  • Analyzing business operations, identifying pain points and inefficiencies, and proposing innovative digital solutions to enhance performance and service delivery.
  • Monitoring industry trends in digital transformation and assessing their potential impact on GBS operations.
  • Defining KPIs and success metrics for digital programs and ensuring continuous improvement and measurable ROI.
  • Driving change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of digital tools and processes among employees.
  • Mentoring and developing team members around digital skills and capabilities.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends, digital disruptions, and competitor strategies to keep the organization ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or consulting, preferably within a GBS environment.

  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, data analytics, and automation tools.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams during complex projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and change management practices.
