
Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team in tracking subscription renewals, sending timely reminders to customers, and ensuring clients are renewing courses on time.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field with 1-2 years of experience in renewal sales. They will also possess strong time-management and project-management abilities, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and effective communication skills.
As a member of our team, you will work directly with senior management to maximize career growth and exposure. You will also have leadership and learning opportunities, interaction with various stakeholders at all levels, and flexible working hours in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track subscription renewals
- Sending timely reminders to customers
- Outbound Telecalling to ensure clients are renewing courses on time
- Helping existing customers with upgrades
- Keeping thorough records of current and potential clients
- Ensure achievement of Renewal Collection targets
- Exceed defined monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual sales quota
- Gaining comprehensive knowledge about courses and clarifying information wherever required
- Engage with customers at various points (welcome calls, service/feedback calls, renewal calls)
- Building strong client relationships by offering superior after-sales support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in renewal sales
- Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Strong time- and project-management abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Capable of effective communication
- Superior customer service abilities
