Coupa Implementation Specialist

Experience: 4+ years of expertise in implementing and managing Coupa solutions.

  • Solid knowledge of Coupa modules with implementation/rollout experience.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring various Coupa modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Procure, Invoice, Expenses etc.), Coupa integration setup.
  • Configuration and support experience of Coupa.
  • Experience with Coupa enhancements, changes, and fixing issues within the system.
  • Creation of sourcing forms, objects, procurement/invoicing approval chains, dynamic account validation rules, charts of accounts, business account security groups, and technical/business roles in Coupa.
  • Experience with Coupa Release management for new product releases and maintenance.
  • Collaboration with various integration partners and 3rd party consultants to integrate business requirements into implemented technical solutions.
  • Working with business partners from different geographies to incorporate sourcing, procurement, and invoicing requirements, statutory regulations, and controls into viable solutions.
  • Creation of functional specs, Source-to-Target Maps, batch, and configuration documents for integration partners for development of data links between systems.
  • Strong experience in Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay business processes.
  • Profound business knowledge in the procurement area and providing standard or customized solutions to business requirements.
  • Experience in solution architecting and designing of Coupa integration with ERP/middleware/3rd Party applications.
  • Experience working with Agile methodology, including creating stories, working in a Kanban environment, participating in scrums, and other Agile ceremonies.
