Coupa Support SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Coupa Support Specialist to provide day-to-day assistance for our P2P modules. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement and finance processes, as well as experience with ticketing systems and integration tools.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Coupa P2P modules, including requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, supplier management, and expenses.
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Coupa.
- Support integration between Coupa and other enterprise systems.
- Assist in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements.
- Document support procedures and training materials for end-users.
- Liaise with vendors for issue resolution and product updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in Coupa or other P2P systems.
- Strong understanding of procurement and finance processes.
- Experience with ticketing systems and integration tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
