About the Position:

We seek an experienced Coupa Implementation Specialist with in-depth knowledge of Coupa modules and implementation/rollout experience.

  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring different Coupa modules, integration setup, and supporting the system.
  • They should be able to architect and design Coupa integration with ERP/middleware/3rd Party applications and work with Agile methodology.
  • Key responsibilities include creating sourcing forms, objects, procurement/invoicing approval chains, dynamic account validation rules, charts of accounts, business account security groups, and technical/business roles in Coupa.
  • Additionally, they should have experience with Coupa Release management for new product releases and maintenance.
  • Strong experience in Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay business processes and sound business knowledge in the procurement area is necessary.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in implementing and configuring Coupa modules.
  • Hands-on experience in configuration of different Coupa modules, integration setup, and supporting the system.
  • Experience with enhancements, changes, and fixing issues within the system.
  • Ability to create functional specs, Source-to-Target Maps, batch and configuration documents for integration partners.
  • Strong experience in Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay business processes and sound business knowledge in the procurement area.
  • Ability to work with Agile methodology and design Coupa integration with ERP/middleware/3rd Party applications.
