is looking for an experienced
Coupa Functional Consultant
to join our team. If you have a passion for optimizing Coupa platforms and supporting global implementations, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform core
    Coupa configuration
    , including updates to meet
    localization requirements
    .
  • Deploy and support multiple
    Coupa modules
    (e.g., Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses).
  • Manage
    incident triage
    , perform
    root cause analysis
    , and work with
    Coupa Support
    for resolution and escalations.
  • Deliver
    enhancements and customizations
    based on specific business needs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and enterprise IT/system architects.
  • Oversee
    Coupa release management
    , including planning, impact analysis, and
    regression testing
    .
  • Manage and monitor
    Coupa integrations
    (File-based and API), including error handling.
  • Identify and implement
    automation opportunities
    to drive process improvement and productivity.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Coupa configuration and support.
  • Understanding of
    P2P processes
    and Coupa best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with
    global deployments
    and
    local compliance
    .
