FinTech Application Support Lead

- As a FinTech Application Support Lead you lead the charter of the Global Support team, expand the scope, increase Customer Satisfaction Score, optimize processes, reduce the issue resolution turnaround time, reduce the issue inflow, increase the % of first time right at reduced cost to facilitate the smooth Month End Close.

- The FinTech team at Uber in Hyderabad is looking for a talented Finance Application Support Lead.

- We are looking for someone who is passionate about client services and building/implementing quality products and experiences.

- Lead the Global FinTech Support Team, provide expert-level support for +50 Products / ERPs / Business Systems at Uber FinTech mainly on Oracle R12 EBS, EPM Cloud Apps, Fusion Financials and other Saas Products including Coupa, Creta, Blackline, Kyriba, Custom APEX products etc.

- Develop and maintain functional documentation, including business requirements, functional designs, and testing plans.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.

- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and super-users.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for all FinTech Applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

- Stay up-to-date with new features and functionality in FinTech Applications and make recommendations for automation or implementation.

- Lead and participate in projects to implement new functionality, upgrades and patches.

- Collaborate with other teams, such as development and quality assurance, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

- Work closely with Engineering Org to develop and test system extensions, enhancements, integrations, and bug fixes and overall change management.

- Ensure the FinTech Support's SLAs are met.

- Participate in the Product Development rollouts and enhancements.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive cross-functional requirements for financial processes.

- Analyze business needs, identify gaps, and design system solutions.

- Document business requirements, functional design, test scenarios, scripts, and training materials.

- Work closely with shared services business users around the world to provide global day-to-day application support.

- Provide research, analysis, and problem resolution including creating and monitoring service requests with Oracle Support.

- Support business users and help to troubleshoot simple to complex application issues and develop creative solutions to support business needs.

- Collaborate with Engineering to develop/test system enhancements, integrations, and bug fixes.

- Participate in internal System/Product rollouts/enhancements and work with cross-functional teams.

- Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to understand different business processes and data flows and translate business needs into system requirements and functional specifications.

- Work with Engineering and other technical teams to deliver the system solutions.

- Coordinate and facilitate user acceptance testing and conduct end-user training.

- Work with and manage different Vendors involved in supporting the FInTech Business Systems.

- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.

Basic Qualifications :

- You are a Techno-Functional Support Expert who has worked on various Oracle R12 On-Prem and Fusion applications such as Financials, P2P, B2B, RTR etc including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.

- Experience in Procurement application Coupa and its integration with Oracle R12.

- Experience in supporting Finance Org wide ERP products like but not limited to Certa, Blackline, Kyriba, Custom products etc.

- Experience in business process consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes.

- Experience in deploying financial application projects globally.

- Strong understanding of Procure to Pay cycle, Accounting, Supply chain, and Compliance.

- Good knowledge of PL/SQL, including review, debugging and SQL writing.

- Experience in Change and Release management.

What the Candidate Will Do :

Master's / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance (CA / CS / CWA) or related field.

- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Oracle R12 On-Prem and/or Fusion application support and /or other ERPs.

- Proven experience leading functional teams and providing expert-level support for Oracle applications.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle R12 On-Prem and Fusion functional modules, including configuration and setup.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including SaaS and PaaS.

- Oracle certification (desirable).

- Good knowledge of PL/SQL, including review, debugging and writing your own queries to analyze data to fix or define problems so that you run your own queries, analyze data to fix or define problems.
