Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement fintech solutions that meet client needs and industry standards.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
  • Provide technical expertise in ISV and Hi-Tech domains to support the development and deployment of fintech applications.
  • Ensure seamless integration of fintech solutions with existing systems and platforms.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of fintech products.
  • Communicate effectively in English to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Oversee the documentation of processes procedures and best practices for fintech solutions.
  • Support the sales and marketing teams by providing technical insights and demonstrations of fintech products.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of fintech solutions implementing improvements as necessary.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in fintech technologies and industry regulations.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on the use of fintech solutions.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and development of new fintech products and services.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to drive continuous improvement and excellence.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of ISV and Hi-Tech domains with practical experience in fintech.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in English communication both verbal and written.
  • Have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful fintech solutions.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
