Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement fintech solutions that align with business objectives and industry standards.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new offerings.
  • Utilize your expertise in ISV and Hi-Tech domains to design and optimize technology solutions that improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members ensuring the successful execution of projects.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of fintech applications to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation and reports to communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Engage with clients to gather requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of fintech solutions making necessary adjustments to enhance functionality.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate team members and clients on new technologies and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all fintech projects and initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for process optimization and implementing best practices.
  • Collaborate with vendors and partners to integrate third-party solutions and services into our fintech ecosystem.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in ISV and Hi-Tech domains with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in fintech or related fields with a focus on technology solutions.
  • Show expertise in analyzing market trends and customer needs to drive product innovation.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Display a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Be adaptable to changing priorities and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
