Key Responsibilities
  • ">Configure and implement Sourcing, Contracts, Procure, Invoice, and Expenses modules in Coupa.
  • ">Setup integrations and provide hands-on configuration and support experience of Coupa.
  • ">Create sourcing forms, objects, procurement/invoising approval chains, dynamic account validation rules, charts of accounts, business account security groups, and technical/business roles in Coupa.
  • ">Experience with Coupa Release management for new product releases and maintenance.
  • ">Collaborate with various integration partners and 3rd party consultants to integrate business requirements into implemented technical solutions.
  • ">Work with business partners from different geographies to incorporate sourcing, procurement and invoicing requirements, statutory regulations, and controls into viable solutions.
  • ">Design and develop functional specs, Source-to-Target Maps, batch and configuration documents for integration partners.
  • ">Strong experience in Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay business processes.

A successful candidate will have a sound business knowledge in the procurement area and have provided standard or customized solutions to business requirements.
