As a Marine Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our fleet. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with various departments, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and assisting in the scheduling and execution of voyages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure vessels meet charter party terms by monitoring daily reports and coordinating with masters.
  • Collect cargo documents from vessels at load/discharge ports.
  • Evaluate and analyze vessel performance using charterer's format.
  • Prepare freight invoices and demurrage claims, following up with charterers for timely payment.
  • Send deck and engine logs after each voyage to charterers within stipulated time.
  • Raise monthly invoices, including charter hire, freight, bunker reimbursement, and demurrage, to charterers or brokers.
  • Assist vessel Operation Superintendent in day-to-day work for smooth vessel operation.
  • Select, appoint, and approve agency PDA and FDA.
