Job Overview:

Business Process Architect

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Process Architect, you will be responsible for designing business processes that meet process and functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to understand needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements for new initiatives, projects, and enhancements.
  • Develop clear and concise user stories and functional specifications.
  • Assess feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and impact of potential solutions and technologies.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and resources to ensure timely delivery within budget.
  • Create comprehensive documentation, including requirements documents, process maps, and user guides.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

Professional Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or retirement services industry.
  • Deep knowledge in areas like Institutional Servicing, Distributed Transactions, Offer Selection and Mgmt, Participant management, Account Management, reporting, customer service, Annuity Servicing, Engagement & Distributions, Financial products, Marketing.
  • Working experience on Agile, DevOps. Scrum master experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to retirement plans.
