Job Title

A dynamic Team Lead is required to lead a high-performing US Engineering Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, along with strong leadership skills.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters, ensuring performance targets are consistently met. This role demands strategic thinking, team management, and the ability to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of US Engineering Recruiters, ensuring performance targets are consistently met
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for US-based Engineering roles (W2, C2C, 1099) across multiple clients and industries
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering quality candidates
  • Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, submission deadlines, and quality parameters
  • Monitor daily/weekly team performance and recruitment metrics
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in US Engineering Recruitment, with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role
  • Deep understanding of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099), visa classifications, and tax terms
  • Strong knowledge of job boards and ATS/CRM tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor high-performing recruitment teams
