Job Description:

As a Technical Lead, you'll guide a growing team of software engineers and help deliver scalable, high-impact solutions for the life sciences industry. You'll mentor engineers, manage project delivery, and work closely with product and design teams to bring ideas to life.

Our technology stack includes modern tools like JavaScript (Node.js, React.js), Java, and AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB. We're integrating AI-driven features and automation into our platform to improve decision-making and efficiency. A core part of our system is a private, permissioned blockchain ensuring data security, integrity, and traceability.

This opportunity allows you to shape engineering practices and team culture while working on meaningful, enterprise-scale products.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of full-stack engineers promoting technical growth and accountability.
  • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to plan and deliver new features aligned with business goals.
  • Take ownership of project execution from technical design to development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and security through architectural guidance and code reviews.
  • Identify and address technical blockers to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
  • Build a high-trust, collaborative team culture in line with our values.
  • Work with leadership to continuously evolve engineering processes, tools, and best practices as the team scales.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate high-quality software development and improve engineering efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years as a technical lead.
  • Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development using JavaScript (Node.js, React.js) and Java.
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure and experience deploying applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB).
  • Deep experience with RESTful APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation.
  • Experience in using AI/ML tools to enhance product capabilities or improve development workflows.
  • Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban).
  • Exposure to enterprise domains such as supply chain, manufacturing, or life sciences is a plus.

Flexible Work Schedule:

Our team follows a six-day work model on alternate weeks to serve our global customers with agility and excellence. Employees are expected to work on the first, third, and fifth Saturdays of each month.
