Head of Product: Strategic Leadership Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the post-implementation strategy, evolution, and optimization of our Salesforce platform and related business systems. This role involves driving ROI across multiple business units, including Sales & Recruiting/Delivery, Operations, and Strategic Services.

About the Role
  • Owning the long-term roadmap and driving change management efforts to ensure seamless adoption and communication of platform changes.
  • Collaborating with executive and departmental leaders to define needs, identify inefficiencies, and uncover opportunities for automation and innovation.
  • Developing and executing a cross-functional product roadmap that aligns Salesforce capabilities with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Post-Implementation Evolution: Focus on strategic enhancement, continuous optimization, and enterprise-wide ROI.
  2. Product Roadmap Development: Develop and execute a cross-functional product roadmap that aligns Salesforce capabilities with business objectives.
  3. Change Management: Lead change management and stakeholder alignment efforts to ensure adoption, communication, and understanding of platform changes.
  4. User Experience Design: Design and refine user experiences, including dashboards, reports, and workflows, to elevate decision-making and reduce manual work.
  5. Performance Metrics Monitoring: Continuously monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure platform enhancements drive measurable impact.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field required.
  • 7–12 years of experience in enterprise product leadership, ideally in an IT services or consulting firm.
  • Proven experience owning post-implementation product roadmaps and managing enterprise technology investments.
  • Deep functional understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and related CRM tools.
