Technical Visionary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to drive technology initiatives. This role requires a strong technical leader who can define technical strategies, guide system architecture, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions that support rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team to achieve technical excellence.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative engineering culture.
    • Align engineering goals with the company's strategic objectives.
  • System Architecture and Technical Roadmap
    • Define and implement a technical roadmap to support rapid scaling and stability.
    • Oversee system architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
    • Make critical decisions on technology stacks, frameworks, and development approaches.
  • Collaboration with Product Team
    • Partner with the product team to align technical solutions with business goals.
    • Translate product requirements into clear engineering deliverables and timelines.
    • Ensure seamless collaboration between product and engineering workflows.
  • Execution and Innovation
    • Drive end-to-end development of core platform features and improvements.
    • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and adopt emerging technologies when appropriate.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer Science or a related technical field.
    • 8 to 10 years of software development experience in PHP, Go, or Java.
    • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and at least one modern framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.
    • Minimum of 4 years leading multiple teams and as an individual contributor.
    • Strong knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web and backend services.
    • Ability to design and develop reusable, scalable components and services.
    • Experience with machine learning is a plus.
