Key Responsibilities:Business Intelligence & Strategic Planning (25%)
  • Develop comprehensive business intelligence frameworks that align data capabilities with strategic priorities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business-critical patterns, trends, and anomalies in data warehouse outputs
  • Transform raw analytics outputs into clear, actionable strategic recommendations for senior leaders
Team Enablement & Knowledge Sharing (20%)
  • Design and deliver training programs on data interpretation, analytics tools, and data-driven decision making for cross-functional teams
  • Develop standardized methodologies and frameworks for teams to independently analyze and interpret data
Strategic Decision Support & Recommendations (25%)
  • Partner with senior leaders to translate strategic questions into analytical frameworks and data requirements
  • Provide data-backed recommendations for key business decisions including product launches, market expansion, and customer acquisition strategies
Analytics Roadmap & Governance (25%)
  • Develop and maintain strategic KPI frameworks that align with business objectives and data capabilities
  • Establish data governance frameworks for strategic decision-making processes
