Job Overview

We're seeking an Analyst to join our AI Large Language Models team. This role involves joining a global team of language/subject matter experts, handling responsibilities that require speed and innovation.

The successful candidate will be entrusted with a range of tasks, including creating training data sets for AI models to improve their accuracy, fluency, coherence, and voice. Additionally, they will annotate data to help AI models align with human values.

The selected individual will analyze and improve the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text. They will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate data sets.

Responsibilities include contributing to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes, achieving target KPIs within specified data production windows.

Required Skills

  • A Master's degree or above in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math)
  • Excellent writing skills (in English)
  • Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics
  • Ability to edit and improve written communication across a wide variety of fields
