Project Coordinator Role

Grow Your Staff is hiring a seasoned Project Manager for the development of interactive business stimulation games.

This full-time remote position offers an opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team and contribute significantly to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee project schedules from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Create and maintain accurate tracking documents in designated tools, updated daily
  • Proactively communicate key milestones and reminders (daily, weekly, monthly) to all stakeholders
  • Ensure team members are aligned with deliverables and deadlines
  • Review and finalize Production Agreements within one business day

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills
  • Proven ability to drive accountability and performance across teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Resilient, proactive, detail-oriented, and decisive
