Job Title: Site Operations Lead

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving site excellence practices to improve performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking an experienced manager to develop and implement a site master plan that drives excellent performance and efficiency.
  • The successful candidate will lead change management processes to ensure the successful deployment of new initiatives.
  • Maintain alignment between all departments by coordinating their efforts to achieve common goals.
  • Support departments in implementing good manufacturing practices (GMP) and quality management systems (QMS).
  • Cultivate high-performing teams through coaching and development programs.
People Management:
  • Demonstrate leadership skills to develop team capabilities.
  • Ensure effective implementation of training and development programs.
  • C coordinate training programs to maintain consistency and alignment with our capability program.
Focused Improvement:
  • Provide expert loss and waste leadership and coaching to operational teams.
  • Develop specific initiatives to optimize cost, eliminate waste, and improve operational flexibility.
  • Engage in daily operational review meetings to provide expert analysis of performance improvement opportunities.
  • Practice maturity assessments to develop and implement an improvement strategy.
Team Meetings & Communications:
  • Implement regular communications to drive engagement and momentum on the site excellence journey.
  • Support task forces and shift-based teams in their deployment of site excellence practices.
  • Define the site leadership team's schedule to support and lead the deployment of site excellence.
