Senior Operations Executive

The site manager position plays a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of a manufacturing site. This key position is responsible for leading the site leadership team to achieve exceptional performance outcomes, driving process improvement, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the master plan for improving processes within the packaging hall and departmental levels.
- Lead change management processes, set objectives and priorities, and maintain alignment between all parts of the site's supply chain.
- Promote best practices to meet broad plans, lead and support departments in implementing these practices.
- Coach managers to develop teams at all levels to produce performance results through established best practices.
- Demonstrate managerial leadership to develop team capabilities, ensure effective implementation of training & development programs.
- Provide loss reduction and waste leadership coaching to operational teams, participate in and lead improvement projects using the DMAIC methodology.
- Engage with daily operational review meetings to provide expert analysis of performance improvement opportunities, practice maturity assessments - Develop & implement a practice maturity improvement strategy for the site and conduct regular assessments.
- Implement weekly/monthly/quarterly communications to drive engagement and momentum for the site's improvement journey.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Master's or MBA preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in consumer goods manufacturing and process improvement.
- Strong influencing skills to persuade senior stakeholders, using data to demonstrate the investment in improvement plans will deliver results.
- Effectively manage relationships, internal and external, to achieve world-class performance outcomes.
