**Job Overview:**

Our organization is seeking an experienced AI Architect and Engineer to design, implement, and lead the development of our AI Agent platforms.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Design: Design the architecture of our AI Agent platforms, ensuring they are cost-efficient and aligned with our overall architectural vision.
  • Implementation:** Implement major/complex parts of our products, including scaling services to 200K+ users.
  • Product Ownership:** Take ownership of the delivery timeline and coordinate the complete development of products, including product releases.
  • Leadership:** Communicate clear goals, provide constructive feedback, manage, coach, and support the engineering team.
  • Quality Assurance:** Maintain high standards of code quality through regular design and code reviews.

**Requirements for Success:**

  • Proven expertise in architecting and scaling AI Agent platforms with measurable adoption.
  • Strong knowledge of retrieval optimization, reranking, chunking, and knowledge graphs.
  • Deep experience with conversational AI systems and evaluation frameworks.
  • 4+ years of engineering experience, with demonstrated leadership in technical decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in Node.js and modern front-end frameworks (Vue.js/React/Angular) is a plus.
