Leading the development of cutting-edge AI solutions is a complex task that requires strong leadership and technical skills. We are seeking a highly skilled AIArchitect to join our team.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with extensive experience in machine learning and data analysis. They should also possess hands-on experience in developing and deploying ML models, as well as training and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).

In this role, you will work closely with other researchers to create innovative AI solutions that enhance our platform capabilities. You will be responsible for mentoring and leading experiments with team members, conducting research and experiments in deep learning, machine learning, and related fields, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3-4 years of industry experience in machine learning, focusing on NLP and Computer Vision
  • Strong programming skills in Python, node.js, or other relevant programming languages
  • Experience working with training and fine-tuning LLMs is a plus
  • Experience in audio/speech technologies is a plus
