Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and achieve targets in the commercial channel
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and dealer viability
  • Train and develop dealer manpower to enhance sales and profitability

Requirements:

Qualifications:

B-Tech + MBA or B-Tech (Mechanical) from a UGC/AICTE approved college/institute

Work Experience:

3+ years of experience in Tractor/LCV sales

  • Team leadership and strategic thinking
  • Problem-solving and objective-oriented
  • Customer obsession and self-initiating

Technical Competencies:

  • Data analytics and visualization using Business Intelligence tools
  • Knowledge of automobiles and IC engines
