At Maruti Suzuki India Limited, we're on a mission to revolutionize the automobile industry. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager (Commercial channel) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and achieve targets in the commercial channel
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and dealer viability
- Train and develop dealer manpower to enhance sales and profitability
Requirements:
Qualifications:
B-Tech + MBA or B-Tech (Mechanical) from a UGC/AICTE approved college/institute
Work Experience:
3+ years of experience in Tractor/LCV sales
Behavioral Competencies:
- Team leadership and strategic thinking
- Problem-solving and objective-oriented
- Customer obsession and self-initiating
Technical Competencies:
- Data analytics and visualization using Business Intelligence tools
- Knowledge of automobiles and IC engines
