Job Title: Branch Collection Manager

A high-performing Collection Professional is needed to oversee and manage loan collections within their branch, implementing efficient strategies and ensuring timely repayment from customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Loan Collections, Recovery Management, and Credit Control. They will be responsible for monitoring branch collection metrics, collaborating with customers to resolve payment issues, leading a team of collection agents, and preparing regular collection reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor branch collection metrics and collaborate with customers to resolve payment issues.
  • Lead a team of collection agents and prepare regular collection reports.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations while achieving collection targets and enhancing customer relations.
Requirements:
