Key Responsibilities
  • Lead & Supply Management:
    • Establish and manage existing processes using Google Sheets and Excel.
    • Develop forecasts for monthly supply onboardings from different channels based on historical data and seasonal trends.
    • Efficiently assign leads and follow up on all potential partners.
  • Platform Experience:
    • Conduct regular surveys and VOPs to derive qualitative insights about user and partner pain points.
    • Identify common issues raised by new partners and streamline solutions.
  • Team Management:
    • Manage a team of 30+ call center agents across multiple processes.
    • Provide guidance, training, and performance management support to the team leads.
