Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Technical Head-Estates professional to oversee the operation, maintenance, and technical management of private properties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, in-depth technical knowledge, and demonstrated experience in managing high-end residential and personal properties.

  • Oversee daily operations, upkeep, and maintenance of all personal and hospitality properties.
  • Act as the single point of contact for all estate-related issues.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Facilities & Estate Management

  • Manage daily operations, upkeep, and maintenance of properties.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers.

2. Technical Oversight & Maintenance

  • Ensure timely maintenance and smooth functioning of utilities and infrastructure.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment and systems.

3. Staff Supervision & Coordination

  • Lead and manage teams stationed at different properties.
  • Set performance standards and monitor execution of duties.

4. Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Prepare maintenance budgets and track expenditures.
  • Recommend upgrades, refurbishments, and major repairs when necessary.
