Business Manager Position

The role of a Business Manager involves driving business targets and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partnering with the Sales Head to drive sales teams to achieve business targets
  • Managing and owning all financial and commercial activities during Solution Service acquisition, contract analysis, cost calculation, cash flow projections, business models, taxation, financing concepts, currency risks, and opportunities
  • Leading a team of professionals and cooperating with specialist departments to prepare comprehensive, on-time, and competitive offers
  • Analyzing tender documents, deriving bid strategies, and conducting contract negotiations until the contract is signed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a similar Sales commercial role within a project-driven environment
  • Experience in handling a result-oriented team and good negotiation skills
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
