Enterprise Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Onboarding Specialist to provide expert-level support for our SAP Onboarding 2.0 implementation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing in-depth functional and technical assistance for SAP Onboarding (ONB) implementation efforts.
  • Executing ONB 2.0 configuration tasks using structured workbooks under the direction of the ONB Lead.
  • Assisting in test planning, execution, and validation during the project lifecycle.
  • Creating comprehensive documentation on configurations, test cases, and support findings aligned with project documentation standards.
  • Ensuring alignment with related SAP modules such as Employee Central and Recruiting.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for integration, issue resolution, and process optimization particularly involving third-party tools (e.g., ATS, HRIS, ServiceNow).

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on SAP experience (Consultant Level - E2)
  • Proven expertise in SAP Onboarding 2.0 configuration and support.
  • Previous experience with Onboarding migration from 1.0 to 2.0
  • Minimum 2 successful ONB 2.0 project implementations
  • Familiarity with SAP Recruiting Module and Employee Central.
  • Basic knowledge of third-party system integrations (ATS, HRIS, ServiceNow).
  • Strong documentation and testing skills.
  • Ability to work independently while aligning with global project teams.
