Chief Human Resources Strategist

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with senior management to provide guidance and support on Human Resources matters.
- Partner with business leaders to maintain a highly motivated workforce.
- Implement new policies and procedures for the division.
- Oversee onboarding activities and partner with the recruitment team to hire associates based on business forecasts.
- Support training needs assessments for employees across levels.
- Analyze employee attrition, including analyzing exit interviews and observing trends.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of labour-related laws and statutes and be able to manage employee grievances. They will also be able to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
Creatively applying business acumen and communication skills, they will drive people engagement and initiatives. Liaising with other HR teams and providing active support around recruitment, compensation planning, resource planning, performance management, learning rewards and recognitions, succession, and career planning.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with the leadership team on formulating key strategies by anticipating HR issues and solutions. They will also collaborate with the compensation team to design competitive and equitable compensation structures.
They will leverage HR data and analytics to identify trends, provide insights, and improve HR practices. Strategic HR leadership Performance Metrics Diversity Inclusion are essential for this role.

Education and Experience:
- Full-time postgraduate or undergraduate degree in Human Resources from a reputable institution
- 15 years of experience in managing human resources business partnering activities

- Possess knowledge and exposure to environmental health safety and sustainability practices
- Ability to adapt to a changing business environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand business requirements
- High level of professional and personal integrity

- Strong interpersonal skills to operate effectively in diverse environments
