**Job Title:** Data Governance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled MDM Analyst to manage and maintain our company's master data. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Master Data Management (MDM), particularly in Costing and Operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing and Maintaining Master Data: Customer, Vendor, Material, and Costing information.
  • Ensuring Data Accuracy: Handle costing operations and ensure accurate data across global processes.
  • Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to achieve common goals.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Adhere to internal data governance standards and best practices.
  • Supporting Reporting and Month-End Activities: Provide timely and accurate support during reporting and month-end activities.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of relevant MDM experience.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably SAP or Oracle.
  • Good knowledge of finance and operations processes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible to work in US Shift.
  • Immediate Joiners preferred.

**Location:** Chennai (Work from Office)

**Shift:** US Shift (Night Shift)
