MDM Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled MDM Specialist to join our team. As an MDM Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and cleansing master data attributes from various repositories and systems.

  • Analyze Master Data attributes from existing Master data repositories and System of records
  • Collaborate with Business and System SMEs to develop effective cleansing rules for critical master data
  • Design and implement SQL and Python scripts to cleanse critical master data elements
  • Integrate cleansing scripts with third-party address verification services for address standardization
  • Run and test the cleansing scripts for different domains and business units in an iterative fashion to provide cleansed master data files for the migration team
  • Develop integration testing scripts and test cases
  • Run test cases and debug scripts as needed
  • Implement iterations of cleansing scripts to cleanse master data and catalog them for iterative batch runs and increments
  • Collaborate with migration teams and hand over cleansed files for migration
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • 5-8 years of experience working as a Master Data and Data Quality Engineer
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud for Master Data
  • Extensive hands-on experience with SQL and Batch Scripting
  • Advanced SQL skills for data manipulation and extractions
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Python for data manipulation and extractions
  • Experience working with critical data elements for customer master, supplier master, product master, location master, and other domains
  • Ability to create reusable and parameterized scripts that can be used across business units and domains
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail on attribute-level analysis and debugging
  • Working knowledge of MS Dynamics is an added advantage
