Job Description

The MDM Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for spearheading the offshore Master Data team to deliver exceptional SLA performance, standardize and automate processes, and ensure timely compliance with training requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and develop a high-performing team to achieve optimal results.
  • Develop and implement standardized processes with cross-functional teams to maximize efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate and timely setup, modification, and maintenance of master data in systems.
  • Nurture strategic relationships between business units, stakeholders, and key partners.
Master Data Management Activities Execution (Check and Control)
  • Maintain effective management of the Master Data team within agreed-upon timescales and quality standards.
  • Perform rigorous quality checks on master data setup to correct infractions before they impact business operations or customer relationships.
  • Optimize end-to-end process management for master data.
  • Collaborate on project initiatives with active participation.
General Management Activities
  • Manage targets for MICS/Risk Management/Audit compliance, including creation of sustainability models and action plans for open issues.
  • Develop contingency planning and maintain Training Tracking Tool documentation.
  • Monitor SLA/KPIs, update quality monitoring, and take corrective actions to close gaps.
  • Review and recommend enhancements to increase workflow efficiency.
  • Perform routine management tasks in accordance with Excellence Program standards.
  • Share best practices across the organization.
People Management Activities
  • Ensure adherence to safety procedures and training requirements.
  • Empower the team to perform duties and responsibilities effectively.
  • Administer people management tasks efficiently.
  • Foster a positive work environment.
  • Execute People Cycle in accordance with Excellence Program targets.
