Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Equipment Reliability Engineer to join our team in the field of Predictive Analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing Asset Predictive Analytics (APA) solutions for major rotating and static equipment, including compressors, pumps, gas turbines, steam turbines, motors, blowers, fans, fired heaters, distillation columns, transformers, and heat exchangers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems and equipment, with experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning algorithms. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or others commonly used for data analysis and machine learning is required.

In this role, you will work closely with maintenance teams to implement optimized maintenance plans, using predictive insights to prevent unplanned downtime and reduce maintenance costs. You will also collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure that APA solutions are integrated into existing systems and workflows.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of reliability principles, tools, and methodologies, including FMEA, RCFA, RCM, and PMO. Experience with AVEVA Predictive Analytics or similar solutions is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in APA in industrial sectors, preferably in oil and gas.
  • Strong knowledge of reliability principles, tools, and methodologies.
  • Experience with AVEVA Predictive Analytics or similar solutions.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning algorithms.
  • Programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or others commonly used for data analysis and machine learning.
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
