Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Asset Predictive Analytics Specialist to join our team at the artificial-intelligence-global-company. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Asset Predictive Analytics (APA) solutions for major rotating and static equipment.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement APA using software packages such as AVEVA or Smart Signal, covering compressors, pumps, gas turbines, steam turbines, motors, blower, fans, fired heaters, distillation columns, transformers, heat exchangers, and cryogenics.
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources, including sensors, maintenance logs, and operational data.
  • Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies in equipment performance and potential failures.
  • Develop and implement predictive models using machine learning algorithms to forecast potential equipment failures.
  • Integrate predictive models into existing systems and workflows.
  • Optimize maintenance schedules and prevent unplanned downtime using predictive insights.

Requirements:

  • B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical/Chemical Engineering) or equivalent degree from recognized university.
  • Minimum 10+ years' experience in APA in industrial sectors, preferably oil & gas.
  • Detailed knowledge of reliability principles, tools, and methodologies.
  • Rich Experience in AVEVA Predictive Analytics or similar solutions.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical modeling.
  • Experience developing and implementing predictive models using machine learning algorithms.
  • Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
