Position Overview :As a Reliability Engineer Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) of critical assets for industrial clients. You will be responsible for assessing asset performance, implementing predictive maintenance (PdM) strategies, and developing robust reliability engineering solutions that optimize operations and minimize downtime. Your expertise in data analytics, asset management, and risk assessment will directly contribute to achieving outcome-based performance measures in line with JLL's Reliability & Asset Management Program.

Working in collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will validate and analyze asset data to drive continuous improvement in maintenance programs, ensuring long-term asset sustainability and operational excellence. Key Roles & Responsibilities :Asset Reliability & Maintenance Strategy Development :

  • Ensure reliability and maintainability of new and existing assets by implementing Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM) best practices.
  • Develop and refine predictive maintenance (PdM) programs that incorporate advanced diagnostic techniques such as vibration analysis, thermal imaging, ultrasonic testing, and statistical modeling.
  • Lead Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) modeling and simulation efforts to enhance system performance.
  • Conduct failure mode analysis (FMEA, RCA, RCFA) to diagnose asset reliability issues and develop preventive solutions.
  • Optimize maintenance strategies by leveraging historical data, real-time asset monitoring, and predictive analytics.

Asset Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement :

  • Validate asset data through physical inspections or critical reviews of supplied asset lists.
  • Utilize data analysis techniques such as statistical process control, Weibull analysis, and Six Sigma methodologies to identify trends and potential failures.
  • Perform assessments on asset utilization, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), and remaining useful life (RUL) to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Apply Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action Systems (FRACAS) to track, analyze, and mitigate recurring equipment failures.
  • Support the integration of predictive maintenance software with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Asset Management Systems (AMS).

Technical & Cross-Functional Collaboration :

  • Collaborate with design, installation, and commissioning teams to develop technical specifications and ensure asset reliability at all stages of the lifecycle.
  • Participate in factory and site acceptance testing (FAT/SAT) to verify compliance with functional specifications.
  • Work closely with production, maintenance management, and engineering teams to implement reliability improvements.
  • Assist in the evaluation and selection of equipment vendors, MRO suppliers, and technical service providers.

Risk Management & Compliance :

  • Develop risk mitigation plans to address reliability-related and non-reliability-related risks impacting plant operations.
  • Ensure maintenance strategies align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Support business units in achieving compliance with safety, security, and environmental regulations.
  • Provide input on repair/replace, redesign, and make/buy decisions based on comprehensive cost-benefit analyses.
