Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site pump health assessments using iPUMPNET and other diagnostic tools.
  • Analyze performance data to identify early signs of failure, inefficiencies, and potential risks. Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and recommend solutions.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports, root cause analyses, and reliability improvement plans.
  • Provide client training and support during and post-installation of monitoring systems.
  • Act as the technical liaison between the client site and our internal product/engineering team.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • 3-8 years of experience in pump systems, reliability engineering, or condition monitoring.
  • Hands-on knowledge of rotating equipment, vibration analysis, thermography, and flow systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India
  • Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
  • Familiarity with IIoT platforms or SCADA systems is a plus.
  • Open to travel anywhere
