Job Title: Maintenance Planner

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies for rotating and static equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan.
  • Analyze and review technical documentation, including P ID, Isometric Drawing, Equipment drawing, Civil Foundation Drawing, 3-D Model, Plot Plan, Lay out, and Equipment GA drawing.
  • Utilize SAP PM and MM modules to manage equipment history, material reservation, consumption, and master data.
  • Prepare task lists, maintenance items, and maintenance plans, as well as enhance task list functionality and work order planning.
  • Provide expert technical support for maintenance optimization, root cause analysis, and reliability management.
  • Lead a multi-functional team and actively develop and mentor team members to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry with extensive discipline knowledge and broad general engineering expertise within the Refinery and Petrochemical Industry.
  • Desirable: Previous experience as a Rotating Equipment Field Service Engineer, Field Specialist, Technical Advisor, or FSR with OEMs like Baker Hughes, SIEMENS, Dresser Rand, Ingersoll Rand, Elliott Man Turbo, Sulzer, Rolls Royce, Hyundai Heavy Industries, Mitsubishi, etc.
  • Strong understanding of turbomachinery drawings, such as cross-sectional drawing, GA drawing, Assembly drawing, P ID, PFD, Isometric drawing, and experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and spares planning of various rotating and static equipment.
