Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Audit Director to oversee the execution of external audit engagements for various clients.

This role requires strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments, deep understanding of audit principles and practices, and experience in managing teams and leading projects.

The successful candidate will contribute to business development by identifying and growing existing client portfolios, ensure a deep understanding of Firm's Quality and Risk Management procedures, lead and motivate a team of Managers, Assistant Managers, Executives, and Audit Assistants to deliver high-quality work, foster good working relationships with clients, meet challenging client requirements, and provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of external audit engagements for various clients.
  • Manage large-scale, multi-location assignments with ease.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying and growing existing client portfolios.
  • Prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and navigate ambiguity effectively.
  • Ensure a deep understanding of Firm's Quality and Risk Management procedures.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Managers, Assistant Managers, Executives, and Audit Assistants to deliver high-quality work.
  • Foster good working relationships with clients and adapt to changing work environments.
  • Meet challenging client requirements and provide exceptional service.
  • Travel as required.
